Sport brakes + 18" RP03's - fitment question

Hey everyone - may be pulling the trigger on some track rims/tires. I have the sport model brakes and right now have 20mm spacers (stud replacement) all around. I'm thinking

I have the sport model brakes and right now have 20mm spacers (stud replacement) all around. I'm thinking of keeping the rear spacers and running Enkei RP03 18x10 +22 with a 275 square tire setup. Would I need 275/35 or 275/40 tires? And would I have issues with fitment over the sport brakes? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks
