Sport brakes + 18" RP03's - fitment question

Hey everyone - may be pulling the trigger on some track rims/tires. I have the sport model brakes and right now have 20mm spacers (stud replacement) all around. I'm thinking of keeping the rear spacers and running Enkei RP03 18x10 +22 with a 275 square tire setup. Would I need 275/35 or 275/40 tires? And would I have issues with fitment over the sport brakes? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks :tiphat:

Not sure, but I do need spacers to clear 18x9.5 NT03 over my front sport brakes. Not sure how different spoke design is.

Let me know what you find, I'm actually trying to get a square setup similar to yours and hope to not have to run a spacer.

What offset NT03 are you running? I actually don't think I'll mind running a spacer. I have had 20mm stud replacement spacers on the car for quite some time now. Looks great, easily changeable, and fixes poor offset. I know it'd be ideal without it but hubcentric spacers ain't all that bad.

this is with a 5mm spacer in the front and none in the rear. This is a 275 square setup shown.

I have Enkei PF01 in 18 x 9.5 ET 35 for fronts and rears. I run 15mm spacer at the front and 25mm spacer at the rear, both spacers are hub-centric and secured to the hub with concentric cone nuts machined to fit flush with the spacer face to minimize stress on the studs. I also have to have rings machined for the spacer (which was Nissan OEM sized at 66mm) as the Enkei bore hole is 75mm and I could not find any spacers sized to suit.

I run 265/35R18 A048 R-Specs for track tyres (have used Nitto NT01 in 275/35R18 in the past but cannot get them locally and the Yoki's are a cost-effective alternative until supplies of the A048 are exhausted - it has been replaced by the A050 in Oz).

To check caliper clearance, you either need a physical wheel to trial fit, OR the manufacturers back-clearance diagram to be sure. What I can say is the there is generous caliper clearance with my setup.

I am running Enkei PF01 18x10.5 +38 front +15 rear. The one time I used them on the track I did run a 10mm spacer on the front. The rears fit perfect though. I have since taken the front spacer off, and one time did try fitting the +38 fronts on. It seemed like it fit to me, but I'd have to double check to be sure. I'm running Toyo R888 275/40r18 to match the stock diameter as much as possible (and not lower the car any further). 275/40 is a tough size though. I was pissed Nitto was out of the NT01 in that size, which would have been a lot cheaper.
