Running a patched tire on the front?

So I have a pair of Nitto Invo's laying around, 275/30/19.

I'm thinking of running them on the front when the 265's wear out. They were on the rear of my 350Z and one of them had to be patched (Not plugged) from a nail.

So would you run them on the front?

Added pic. Right in the middle of the tread.

if done right a patched tire is fine.

Really depends on where on the tire it was patched & how it was patched.

We all ran patched tires before it was forbidden. Plugging was standard practice for nail holes and tubes would be put in tires w/ holes sometimes. All was good for daily driving. Just would not test on an interstate at 100mph+. BTW, bikers still do the tube thing w/ expensive tubeless tires. Yep, a bike tire mostly cost more than a car tire these days.

I took one to the track twice. No problems.

Looks like a good patch in a good place...should be fine.
