Nothing to be sorry about.

Hmmm are those drag racing wheels?

BrandonSS 08-17-2013 12:35 AM

look like varrstoens... definitely looks drag racer'y. Dunno how I feel about it as daily wheels, but does look mean.

Ugh, my 20" work wheels are slowing me down too. I felt the difference right away. How much does the tire&wheel weigh?

FireDan50 08-17-2013 06:16 AM

I like it! Whats the offsets on the wheels? Did you need any spacers? Also what brand? They look like Varrstoens.

They are varrstoens es7. They are 18 and yes way lighter then my 20's front offsets are 20 and rears are 15 the wheels way about 19lbs I got tired of the stretched tire look. Not my style I like the racer look. When you put down 438 to the ground you need more tire then wheel.:icon17:
Oh no spacers.

Man those ccw wheels are sweet I did look at them but man $$$

Waiz 08-17-2013 03:41 PM

Be very careful with those wheels, they are known to crack very easily

The BBS or CCW's that they are copying are a forged 3 piece wheel and they instead made it a one piece cast wheel, very dangerous.

I have seen 3 members on my350z literally shatter their spokes from little impact Just be advised since you are running a fast car which increases your chance of failure.

This was a small tap at less than 30mph

Man!! I work with cast and aluminum everyday. To break a wheel like that he had to of hit something more then a pot hole. Also looks like he slid into something. But thanks for the heads up man.

Tell me about it! This setup is so mint though. I have always itched to run an 18f 17r with beefyy tires to put that power down. :)
