Hub&Bearing

In need to replace the fron hub+bearing for my 370z urgently so i decided to buy it from online store Performance Aftermarket and OEM Parts for the 300ZX 350Z G35 G37 240SX Skyline GT-R Nissan Peformance lineup.

the guy from the store asked me if my 370z is build for U.S market, mine is build in Japan!
Do you think the hub&bearing are different for the U.S over Japan market?
