Square OEM Nismo wheels
Just curious on what peoples thoughts would be on purchasing 2 rear Nismo wheels to throw on the front for a 19X10.5 square setup. Any reccomendations? This is just a thought for now, trying to achieve the most concave look that I can. I'm dropped on Ark GTS springs, and I really don't want to run much more than stock Nismo camber settings. I know the offsets are pretty high, so I'm thinking it should work.

The only person I've seen that ran 10.5'' all around is NOFATCHX or something like that, I don't remember if he has 20's or 19's, but he had to step up his camber settings, and a slight fenders pull in order to fit 255 tires. You may want to look up his set up for more details.

There has to be ONE member with Nismo rears on the front.
Ismaelz sold a set of rears to someone

I know all this is about the Nismo 10.5 rear wheels but fwiw I run 18x10 +30 up front with 295/40-18 tires for AutoX.
All this "keep the stagger" crap is fine if you like understeer. I went with a square setup for autox and can say that the car is much more neutral and balanced with the square setup.

i have to say i disagree with this as a blanket statement.
Front engine/RWD cars coming stagger from the factory is usually a case of making the car safer at the limit by making them understeer biased. as long as the suspension is setup to run a square tire setup, the car can not only be progressive in break away characteristics, but also faster then the understeer bias stagger setup. NA 370s are not big in torque, so anything larger then a 285 in the rear is over kill in my opinion, and has trouble getting up to proper operating temp. I run 285/35/18 square, and the thermal tire behavior is much better then with the stagger setups ive run in the past. Of course, big power additions from F/I justify a large rear tire stagger, but in NA trim, the 370 i feel does very well sqaure (275-285 all around) |

I've done it by accident, the rears will fit on the front. Didn't go anywhere or check the fitment really but the offset wasn't bad.
The reason I keep the stagger is to fit the maximum tire possible. If you can fit 285 in front and easily 305 in back why would you put a 285 in the rear? Then tune balance in suspension. (Although if we get STU it'll be 285 all around, still maximizing rubber). |

I will more than likely run 265 in front and either 295 or 305 in the rear

I have 305 rear and 265 fronts. IMHO the car is much more planted and handles much better than the OEM setup.
