dont take this the wrong way but if someone buys a sports car they should treat it like a sports car and not turn it into a ricer or put chrome rims on it. to me ricer and chrome rims = same sht you shouldve done some hw before buying a z. someone like you shouldnt be driving a z i hate when people buy a car that has history and pride and turn it into crap. if you do that to the z i will hunt you down for everyone on this forum. dont bring down the reputation of the z plz :shakes head: p.s. have you thought of spinners? why dont you get a set of spinners that way when you stop your rims keep spinning |

Sport Brakes - dont see a need for this since it already has brakes. i am sure they will slow down/stop the car just fine. SynchroRev Manual - i am getting the Automatic Forged Allow Wheels - dont like them Front & Rear Spoilers - to me spoilers make a car look somewhat "kidsy" or "teenie-boppish" most people i've talked to think those polished aluminum/near-chrome wheels are very sharp and eye-catching. i have to agree. you say someone like me shouldnt be driving a Z? sorry, i might have to disappoint you on that one. but i guess your entitled to your own opinion. if Nissan thought these things would ruin their Z line reputation they probably wouldnt have offered them up as options. ok, my dealer found me a '09 Montery Blue/Gray 370Z. it does not have the sport package, so i am going to want to order the polished aluminum wheels that are listed in the back of the Nissan catalogue/brochure. therefore, of course, i will need to order the 19" tires separate too.
my question is.......does the dealer do this for me? once the wheels/tires arrive he takes the stock ones off and puts the new ones on? or is he going to tell me i am on my own with this? Mike |
there's a service fee called "mounting and balancing"

http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/849...9officialp.jpg wont be driven to loose traction. im still not understanding why would someone buy a 370z and put chrome rims on it. by the way whitey do you like the rims on the pick above? their 28's im sure you can fit them under the z if you lift it a little bit  |
my dealer told me these chrome (polished aluminum) wheels would run me $2,300. this thread showed them for $1,700.
whats up with this? Mike |
