Test fit Enkei RPF1 in 18s :(
Ordered 2 Enkei RPF1 wheels to test fit on Base with Sport for track wheels.
18x9.5+38 front 18x10+38 rear The rear fit fine, could use a little spacer to push it back out to stock location, but it would work fine as is. The front hit the caliper. With a 15mm spacer, it cleared the sport caliper, but this offset along with the 15mm spacer would be equivalent to a 30mm spacer and put the front wheels outside of the fender, so, unfortunately, have to send them back and keep looking. Maybe I will give the Forgestar's a chance, but need to check with CCW first. |
Damn Mike, Im glad you were just test fitting them for now. Why not just try a different offset?

Thanks for testing it out. How about the ame tracer size 18?

Never heard of the Tracer, will have to check that out. |
most volk brands clear bbks so surely will clear yours

They're made by enkei and come in at least 9 front and 10 rear with about 30 and 15 offset. I think they're about $1900 though. Dannygt has the 19 inch.

and I don't want to spend a fortune on track wheels.

I really wanted the RPF1's for track use. Thanks for being the guinea pig!

Should have gotten the 15mm offset like the 350z guys get for the track. 38mm is way to high for the Z setup.

Hey Mike, did you get your car back from the shop yet?

Viera, yes I did! Check out my journal thread |
They have them in 18x9.5 15mm and 18x10.5 in 15mm which should work just fine on your car.
