Anyone running on Nitto Motivo tires?
Hello all! I have a 2009 370z with sport pkg. I think I am having an alignment issue and I have to get new tires for the rear ASAP! I bought the car 6 months ago and it had brand new Kumho Ecsta's on the rear. They are completely gone now. (I know they are a cheap tire not meant to last, before the lectures come!) :)
I live in West Virginia and my z is my DD. It's been raining A LOT here and these tires are going to get me killed! So my question is, I was looking at the Nitto Motivo's. It is an all season tire with a supposedly good road noise level and it has a 60000 mile limited warranty. They are $263 for the rear size but I have a wholesale account and can them for $210 each. I am NOT looking for the cheapest tires, I want a good tread life and a QUIET ride! Most importantly the QUIET ride! I've read that the car has a lot of cabin noise from the factory but I think what's deafening me are these crappy Kumhos! I want opinions before I get these tires. I will get alignment issue checked out ASAP as well! I do have a lead-foot and drive "enthusiastically". Thanks in advance!! |
I guess no one has tried these? I went ahead and bought them yesterday. I will report back on road noise level and wet performance. If anyone is interested in an all-season tread for the z, these have the best tread wear warranty in the industry for ANY size and speed rating :) Hopefully they are as awesome as Nittos usually are!
