Would you rather buy a car with all season or summer performance tyres?
Going to sell my Celica GTS. I live in a winter climate. Never drove the car past November and no earlier that May (until the city sweeps the streets of winter gravel). So I have always had summer performance tires.
It now needs new tires. It only has three tires on which you can drive and they are down to 4/32 thread or less. The fourth tire is toast (damaged sidewall). I was going to get a set of new tires for the sale to help increase my chances of selling the car. As an average car buyer (not as a track enthusiast) would you prefer to buy a car with all-season tires or performance tires, if you lived in a winter climate.
