Correct. Certain colors come with specified stickers which can not be changed upon order. In the case of the flat black the blue stickers will always be on the wheels.

IMO, the TE37 20s don't look as great as the 19s

I would agree. They use a different construction where the 20" has more of a dish but is flat faced, the 19"s and below have a more concave look which pulls the spokes from the outside towards the center.

are you able to get a wider rear tire on the 370z compared to the 350z?

FuszNissan 08-06-2009 11:56 AM

Just read some threads, but to answer your question yes, people have been putting on 305's

Yes, significantly. On the 350z we would never recommend above a 285 without fender work. On the 370z we recommend a 305 in the rear without even sweating it.

GT low style? according to volks website the only centercaps avalible are flat centercaps and conical shaped centercaps. is that some special order?

Ryan@Forged 08-06-2009 02:54 PM

I assure you other center caps are available on these wheels as the center caps in the pictures are indeed GT low style. The owner of the car in these pictures is a customer of mine. The wheels shown in the pictures were purchased from me and I provided the center caps as well. Volk does not list all of the compatible center caps on their website. It is not special order. :)

:icon17: I was gonna post earlier that this combination was suggested and approved by Ryan himself! I just called and said: Gimme the best! And the result is what you see today!

Tony, I show pictures of your car to everyone. Such an amazing looking combo ;)

honestly, i look at these rims on other cars, dont care for them, but on the 370z/350z, they just look great. i dont know what it is? maybe because you can get a aggressive offset with the 370z? something about the car makes them look great. 2theextreme, how do you like your rim offset? im looking to maybe getting the exact same rim setup as you, color and everything, its just it would be on a PG color, so i will be removing those blue stickers. is that offset more on the aggressive side for the 370z?

I beleive it might be....when the pictures were posted a few folks said mine looked to have the most aggressive look here. Not sure if thats still case, but I do like how it looks. Walking up to it in the parking lot at work and knowing "Wow...hot car! Oh wait...that's mine!" is a good feeling. :icon17:

haha, nice. do you by any chance have a picture looking from the rear where you can see those 305mm tires well? im curious to see how those 305's make the car look, im sure great lol.

The offset has everything to do with how these wheels appear. I recommend the most aggressive offset that Volk makes in these wheels. I think that has a lot to do with why they look so good on these cars. I've always told people that some wheels just look better on certain cars. I think this is a perfect example of that :)
