You can get whatever you want, I'm not stopping you at all lol. I'm just giving you some insight based on personal experience, especially since we're both in NYC, we know how the roads can be.

Aren't the stock front ones 19" x 8 ? Or something like that ?

OEM Sport is 19X9 and 19X10. Nismos are 19X9.5 and 19x10.5. Base wheels are 18x8 and 18x9. To get that look in the first 2 pics you posted, you'll be looking at 20x10 and 20x11 at a minimum on 235's.

The last one is hardly stretched. probably a 235 on a 9.5 or 10" on front and a 265 on a 10.5"

Yea out of those 3 the last one is the only one I would consider and even thats not too strectched.
