2012 370z sport wheels
i would like to hear people's opinion. . .
should i or should i not sell my 2012 370z wheels ? i just purchased a set of wheels, i believe they pretty nice, i like them. Now, what the heck am i gonna do with my stock wheels ? i was thinking to keep them for the winter, which now im starting to think its stupid. why would i do that. Also i already have my eyes in some other wheels that i would like to get later down the road... so, uugghhhh. Should i sell them ? should i keep them ? what you guys think ? what would you guys do ? also anyone knows the value of these wheels ? i have the car for 1 year now, just reached 8K miles 3-4 days ago, and only one wheels has some scratches in them (stupid jersey -__-) everyone's opinion it is very much appreciated. thank you in advance. |

I am in the same boat. I have the Sport Rays and plan on keeping it BUT -- have it painted and eventually put another set of tires (cheaper one's - Hankooks or Falken's) just as a back up and to change things up once in a while. I am looking at a bright red or black/blue with light dusting but that's just me. You can also sell your new wheels later on and slap the Rays back in when it is time to sell.

I hear ya, I also bought some new wheels but I plan on keeping my stock rims for when I sell my car. I'm plan on getting another Z so when that time comes ill still have my nicer rims. I commute about 40 miles a day so I'm racking up miles pretty quick.

I would say keep them for winters, but honestly 19" winter tires are crazy expensive. You can sell them, and usually on TireRack get a good 18" set of winter wheels AND tires for that price. That's what I would do...
Especially now that the 13's are selling. You'll have a lot of their owners wanting to buy 09-12 wheels cause imo the 13 wheels are atrocious.

I wouldn't sell unless I was really hard up for some money. The Sport Wheels really are a great wheel. Made just as good or better than anything else on the market. Just my opinion

Ha my bad.
Well this is the wheels I purchased already. Just waiting to arrive. 20" 8x5 20" 8x10 ( I think that's what it is) lol I'm thinking to powder coat the middle gold OR the lip white since I have a pearl white ImageUploadedByTapatalk1365077976.364933.jpg |

Winter ? Uhmmmm.
I don't have my first set up ready yet, but I already have an idea of my second set up already, and neither set up involves my stock wheels so I wouldn't have them on for sh!t. Winter, Summer same thing. I use the car stock now for winter and summer so it wouldn't be a difference. Only thing ... If I ever decide to sell this hooptie, maybe I should have the stocks. I don't know man. I'm confused. Not sure what to do |
