Default Time to replace????

So my 2010 Nismo has 21500 miles on the tires. The backs measure 5 32nds at the inner, 6 center rear and 7 at the outside. The fronts all measure right between 6 and 7. I'm thinking I could probably squeeze another couple thousand miles out of these but wondering if it's worth the risk. It doesn't rain often here but when it does it's very heavy and the sewer systems suck which causes lots of standing water. Just don't want to be one of those stories you hear where the car hydroplaned even at low speeds. Even when it's dry out you can feel the car has low traction. I mean for all intense and purposes if I drive sanely it's not a problem but spirited driving and rain driving has me nervous. Am I being paranoid for nothing at these measurements???

I'm also surprised to get this much life from the tire. I mean I have a heavy foot and drive pretty aggressively at times. I've done one auto-x session in this car too. Tires have held up longer than I expected, then again I can't wait to see how some RE-11's make this car feel.

Measurements are technically still good. 2/32 tread is considered a legally dead tire. The Yokohoma Advans get terrible at about 5/32 though in wet weather and traction wise. That's when I swapped my tires out just cause the handling become terrible. You technically can drive on them if you feel safe but I didn't on the Advans so I changed them.
