Help with tires.

so as long as I dont drive in snow.. I would be ok with summer tires?? I know the factory were summer tires.. but that wasnt by choice.. I was

I know the factory were summer tires.. but that wasnt by choice.. I was under the impression that driving below 40 F would be better with A/S tires? Also the PSS vs PS A/S is a 30k mile vs 45k mile tire so I would get say 15k or 22.5 k right ? __________________ -Jay
