Will these Motegi Racing Wheels will fit?

Im about to make my order, havnt done so yet. But I just wanted to get peoples preference on this. I got 2 sets of 2 wheels, different sizes in bolt. IDK why? Here are the specs

MR126 19 X 9.5, OS: 40mm BS: 6.82"-Gls Blk Milled <-- 2 of these
MR126 19 X 9.5, OS: 32mm BS: 6.51"-Gls Blk Milled <-- 2 of these

Can they be the same? Is it better if if its different or the same? Im a noob about cars and I thought bigger bolt size and OS is for rear tires

Will they fit in my 2009 370z with sports pkg breaks?
