255 with 295 or 305

I used to have sports rim (245/275 set up) and then I got a new set of rim about 1.5 years ago, TE37SL classic size 19+9.5 10.5 rear.
I mounted RE-11 265/35 and 305/30 back then with no worries.
Now I'm in love with PSS which is on my daily, and I checked my Z's rear tire and it was almost bald. So I am trying to replace my rear tire or just to get a new set of tires, depends on if discount tire willing to buy back my front tires.

My issue is that PSS only makes 35% front with 255 size, so I am afraid to get 305 rear due to the large width difference front and back (305-255=50 compared to 30 stock). PSS makes 30 rear with both 295 and 305.
Does the large difference affect any stability, balance, handling because I kinda notice that it is harder to control now relatively compared to stock tires. It is kinda shaky when I make a hard turn, etc.
If I'm going with 255 front, should I go with 295 or will it be okay with 305 rear?

This is the first time I see PSS in this size on tire rack, you are definitely not alone on this one....I've been wishing that it comes in 265/35/19
