Cool, thanks. Sounds like Sebastian at Speciality is the man to see for a Z tune. Wish I could find someone with a similar rep here in the Phoenix area. I used Loudpedal Motorsports in Tempe for my Z06, and they had a similar rep for LS motors.
Thanks again for the lead. |

15mm spacers with 305's fit great with the tein springs. not sure how low the swifts go. you can get away with 20mm in the back but youll need some negative camber to get it to fit.

I tell you what, I haven't heard anyone mention having more offset at the front wheels, but with my current set up (stock Nismo wheels with Swift springs), I'm almost considering a larger spacer up front, smaller in the rear to even them out. Tried to measure it yesterday without a plumb line, and it looked like @ 13-15MM in front, and 7-10 in the rear to run flush with the fender. I realize this is also dependent on the brand of tire (I'm running stock Yokohamas), but I'm trying hard to only buy one set and be done with it.
It's frustrating because I haven't heard one person on this thread, or others related to spacers, talk about running larger spacers in the front.... |

You should check some of the other threads as some do run 15s in the rear and 20s up front.

bottom line it depends on how low you are. with tein springs i can still add a few mm's to my 15mm set up and it be flush. but if i raise the car any the wheels will poke out.
guys these are spacers, its not rocket science. Last edited by fuct; 06-04-2013 at 09:32 AM. |

i should take a video of the car in the air then lower it. you will see the rims poke out by almost 2 inches at one point then settle and camber in to about -2 degrees. when i first installed the spacers and the car was in the air i was shocked at how far they poked out! i thought i had some ghetto lowrider truck.

Olddude, I'm coming to Phoenix this weekend if you want to see what my setup looks like. I just had S-O4s installed and will be getting camber arms and toe bolts installed on Friday.

Hotrodz, sorry man, I just saw this today. I appreciate the offer though. I went ahead and ordered 15's all around. Since I'm sizing up to 305's anyway, I think the 15's will work fine. BTW, just ordered adjustable rear arms and toe bolts myself. I'll install them next week with the spacers.

Is it OK to install 15mm DRM bolt-on type in the Rear wheels?
I know there is an issue with these on the front from what I hear but want to make sure these are OK in the rear. I posted here because I have the same size wheels as the Nismo. |

H&R DRS front 15mm (stud replacement needed) I assume because the front wheels don't fit with the DRM bolt on style spacer. H&R DRM rear 15mm (stock studs) |
