Please Help Me Choose!

By the time the snow melts in Minnesota and the weather is consistently warm, I want new wheels/tires for my Z. For some reason I am obsessed with concave wheels. The stock sport wheels are pretty concave and I would have thought that there would be a large choice of aftermarket wheels that are just as deep or deeper than the stock wheels but...there doesn’t seem to be all that much out there. Having been a Z owner for only a few months, I'm hoping you guys will have some ideas for me on some new wheels! Ideally, I'd like to spend $2500 or less not including the tires. So please reply with some recommendations (with pics preferably). Currently, I’m thinking about the Vossen CV3s. But they seem to lack options of offsets and why don’t they have 11inch wides for the Z? Weird. I’m also going to be lowering my car with Swifts this spring and I’m open to 19s or 20s.
