Default Winter Storage: cheap wheels

I've got a 370Z with sport package... The plan is to store the car for the winter and I'd like to leave it on the ground but not on the stock wheels/rubber. One site I found suggested getting cheap (steel) rims and rubber (garbage) to stick on the car while it sits sleeping in the garage for the winter months.

I don't need it to be safe to drive... I just want the wheels to mount on the hubs (clearing the calipers) and have rubber.

Has anybody looked at this yet? I'm looking for size suggestions or options from other Nissan models that might fit but be readily available used or at low cost.

thanx.

You might look at the base wheels and throw winter tires on them? Im not sure on the offsets the clear the brakes but maybe a set of 18's from a 350 would work, a lot of guys trash the stock tires and just sell the wheels with them on when they upgrade. The 6 spoke performance trim wheels come to mind. Id rather do that and have an at least useable set of wheels than to waste money just for a crappy pair of storage wheels.
