I'm with you, though the Sport rims have grown on me (very gradually). If I had it to do over again, I might have bought the base model, then put Enkei RPF-1 rims on. Even in the 18" x 9.5 fitment, which allows for some pretty fat tires, those wheels are approximately 6-8 pounds per wheel lighter than the Rays (depending on staggered or square set-up; 17.4 pounds each for the RPF-1). What is the big deal about a forged wheel, if it's not light? And the Enkeis are famously strong--used in many racing applications.

In high-performance cars and driving, weight and heat are the enemies.
