I have the base model Z with the 18's - 8" front 9" rear. Looking into buying tires: 245/45/18 front 275/40/18 rear Also wanted to buy spacers (front & rear)

Looking into buying tires: 245/45/18 front 275/40/18 rear Also wanted to buy spacers (front & rear) + springs in order to make them look flushed. Is anyone running this setup? if so, can you please post pictures? I've been searching around and couldn't find pictures on this setup. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
