Update
I have been contacted by Jurrian@modbargains and he has made an effort to make things right between Modbargains and me. Ultimately ModBargains is not in the business of making customers unhappy and I appreciate that they are willing to step forward and work with their customers. I have deleted the original post and am happy to move on. Jurrian, if you read this, thank you for contacting me and I will be looking forward to future purchases with ModBargains.
