I have been contacted by Jurrian@modbargains and he has made an effort to make things right between Modbargains and me. Ultimately ModBargains is not in the business of making customers unhappy and I appreciate that they are willing to step forward and work with their customers. I have deleted the original post and am happy to move on.

I don’t really know what last paragraph people are talking about. but I would be pist the F off and I would have done the leg work like you did. You are the consumer and contributing to keep them in business. Post what you want to and YELP them!! In my book that’s getting over on the customer for a sale.

At the end of the day, the company who you ordered the parts through is responsible for what we call, Total Contact Ownership (TCO). They are responsible for keeping the customer informed of their order. They should be doing the leg work, not the customer. This is why the Better Business Bureau exists. Becaue we can only go by what you posted, it does seem pretty crapy.

honestly I posted this on 7 different forums (I can't sleep at night due to jetlag) and this was the only one where someone claimed offense due to my wording :icon14:

ok guy, at this point I'm not really sure why you insisted on continuing with this...i just don't get it, does it really give you this much pleasure to prove yourself right on the internet?

Just let it go, I didn't even write that in the original post, I censored myself (f@#$@!s), and then I proceeded to delete even that. I realized its unnecessary.

I don't care anymore as the issues been resolved, but it just amazes me that there are kids on forums that are SO adamant about hearing themselves talk, as if you're ego just won't let you move on.

I feel like even if I literally said "I am juvenile and you are amazing" you would still come back in a reply with some kind of argument expressing how i didn't make you sound amazing enough or didn't sound genuine enough.
