I have an opportunity to get a free set of tires NEW! What rim sizes would work?

The fronts will be somewhat stretched, but I know the rear size will work fine - that's what I'm running in the rear now. It looks slightly stretched for some reason, but trust me, it's one wide tire.

235-35-19 is too conservative a tire for the 370z. If you can, you want to go with at least a 255-35-19 front and at least a 285-35-19 rear
Most wheel sizes are 19x9.5 +22 (or +12 depending on brakes) and 19x10.5 (+12) you can go more aggressive than that but it all depends on the wheels and whether you have Sport brakes |

The 235 will definitely be stretched since stock is 245 but it shouldn't be dangerous or anything. Not sure how that will affect performance.
The rears will be nice. What brand tires?

OK, I've done somemore research. It will be really stretched. So, I'm definatley not going to run the fronts. I will get new fronts, in the correct size.
Here's some examples... Looks way too stretched. 235/35/19 Falken FK452 on a 19x9.5 VMR V710 Hyper Silver http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=445667 Last edited by Zuppy51; 11-09-2012 at 11:59 AM. |
