Aftermarket 18's Help PLease

So far I know fronts are 18x8 and rears are 18x9. I am lost on everything else other than the fact I need 18's. I dont wanna get ripped off by a rim store so any help would be appreciated. Going with 18's allows me to keep my budget under 1000 bc I wont have to get new tires. Thanks as always!!!!
