That being said, I haven't found any other wheels that I like that are even close to the cost of these wheels with similar weights. If I find something before they send anything I'll cancel, but the only wheels I would like are the new concave vossens and they aren't even out yet =/

I havent dealt with Mike @ DDM, but this alone speaks volumes for his customer service. He is willing to suck it up for one of his manufacturers and fit the bill since they are not willing to provide the product within ANY reasonable amount of time. I would not deal with forgestar simply because they are not willing to make situations that they have obviously caused right, and it sounds like they simply got in over their heads, but i would not hesitate to buy ANYTHING from DDM. Way to be a stand up guy Mike, I know you do not know me... but you sir run a business properly and know that customer satisfaction, not just the products you sell make your company what it is. |
