black out stock rim w/ silver lips
 

Hey guys, i was wondering what you guys would think about this. I had my brother photoshop this. Its not the cleanest edit, but its just a rough sketch. Am planning to do this to the stock wheels for now. I just want something a bit different and unique. What do you guys think?

black rims with chrome lip was cool back in 2004. It's hard to pull it off now.

I would just do silver as opposed to chrome. I think it would look good. If you like it do it. Trends are stupid IMO.

Black and chrome is so played out imo..

Do whatever's you want it's your car man. Take people's opinions but you ultimately make your decision

Yeah i do agree black w/ chrome lips are a bit played out. Am trying to find something different. Maybe all black sounds nice.

Try doing gun metal instead of all black. If you want two tone, try it with red trim but only on the outer trim not both in and out.

Pretty sure a member here did this already, might find some pics...but not bad if u want to play around with the stock wheels

Just paint your wheels all black or leave them alone and save for an aftermarket set instead

+1 for gunmetal, or maybe all black. Black is a bit played out but can still be pulled off, just anything with chrome is kinda tacky imo... Of course that's solely my own opinion, remember mod your car for yourself and not others :)

i think some people were referencing to this car as a idea. IMHO it doesn't look too bad....to each their own! I wouldn't mind seeing the rays in a copper or bronze color. One guy has a pair on his but they aren't rays and I think it would be sick
