255/40/19 snow tires (large tire), it fits!
Last year I was on ebay late at night, somehow I secured myself an incredible deal on a set of 255 40 19 snow tires off a S8 (nearly new). Since I am not allowed to use my wife's car this winter, I decided it was time to jam these giant tires (about .5" larger than stock) into the car. To my surprise, they seem to fit perfectly. Car doesn't look out of place with it on at all and no rubbing what so ever.
