Need help: wheel offsets

I have an opportunity to purchase a set of wheels that are 20x9.5+19 front and 20x11+25 rear. Basically, I would like to know if these wheels would sit, as they say, flushed on a 370z?

I have very little knowledge when it comes to wheels. Sorry, any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Bullitt, judging from those wheel specs, will these wheels fit over the sport brake for the 370z with the sport package?

I would up buying from someone local who had a set of forged gfg wheels.

Here's a picture of the wheels I just got back! Had them repolish the lip and painted satin bronze!
