My 2013 sport package wheels are... peeling??

I agree that it looks like a film. It's just weird that it's the exact color of your wheels. It's probably fine just to peel off on your own but

It's probably fine just to peel off on your own but I'd still have the dealer look at it and have them take it off in case it causes any damage or discoloration.
