used 350z rims for the 370z
All,
I'm looking for a cheaper way to get dedicated rims for my 2012 370z Winter tires. I read somewhere that some people were using older 350z rims to do this. Is this correct and is there anything I should know or need to consider if I go this route. Since I'm only going to use these for a few months a year, I don't really care if they are perfect, as long as they look "OK" and are not bent. I just want to be able to "hot swap" them when it snows without having to align and rebalance the car when I swap back and forth. Your thoughts?

I would just go through Tire Rack. Plenty of cheap wheel options there and you can get the tires mounted/balanced for free.

I couldn't find a combo set that was under like $3k...thats too deep for me for tires I'm only going to use for about 2 months a year. Unless you know something I don't.

they will work. will stick in in the back some, but you can use a 20-25mm spacer to fix that. The Rays will clear akebono's. Not sure about the touring wheels, or if the 17s will clear the base brakes either.

Hmmm. yeah I've got the Sport package with the 19's. I know its better to go down and narrow in size, but then I have to have the car aligned again each time I swap tires. I'd like to just hot-swap' em. Your thought?

Did you keep the standard sizes for the tires minus one size? i.e.; my Fronts are: 245/40-19 so that would be 225/50-18 or something like that? Rear 275/34 -19 converts to ? -18 or ? Sorry
