245mm F and 285mm R ?? Anyone ever drive on Federal 595RPM's?

I've replaced the stock re050's with hankook v12's in the rear last year. i thought it was going to be awesome cause of the relatively cheap price for the tires

Default 245mm F and 285mm R ?? Anyone ever drive on Federal 595RPM's?

I've replaced the stock re050's with hankook v12's in the rear last year. i thought it was going to be awesome cause of the relatively cheap price for the tires and people were raving about them. then i realized it was a mistake because the tire sidewalls are soft and that means no feedback from the road, therefore a numb ride in the rear. i can't feel, at all, where the limit is when i'm pushing them. i also drift fairly frequently so the tires run down quickly. while i was at the tire shop today, i saw a set of 285/35/19 Federal 595RPM tires for $160 each. I've heard about Federal getting big, like how Hankook did, but I can't find more than a 1-2 vague reviews on them on honda forums so that's not saying much.
I'm just curious if anyone has driven on these tires before.
Also, let's say I get them, how does running a 245/285mm setup feel? From what I understand, a bigger gap between the front and rear tires induces more understeer, which is why makes like Ferrari have setups such as 235 in the front and 325 in the rear to compensate for its tendency to oversteer with the engine in the back. It's just a 10mm difference in this case but if it makes a slightly negative impact, then i'm just going to stick to my original plans with getting nitto nt05's. Let me hear some answers from people who really push their cars. Thanks
