Drive your car. Problem solved.

I think he's referring to the hubs.. if I'm correct, it's just because they aren't coated..
You could consider some aftermarket coated rotors, or you could pull them off and paint them yourself.. NOT LIKE THIS: You're Doing It Wrong: Painted Rotors Edition |
Oh my!

Yes, if you do decide to paint your rotors. PLEASE do not paint any of the surface that comes in contact with the pad. |
you can paint that surface, it will scrape off the first time you use the brakes, and leave a perfect transition to the unswept area. You don't want to heavily paint that area, but a little overspray is no problem.
|
ya, a little overspray can probably be wiped out by the pad...but I don't know if I would want paint particles embeded in the surfaces that are stopping my car from hitting a brick-wall.
Mike, have you powdercoated rotors at all? I'd be interested to see results of powdercoating everything but the pad contact surface. |

forget this and just paint the center...lol

Nice choice of brake system.. :)
With a full BBK.. you do have the option of separating the aluminum hat since it's a 2-piece rotor.. Calipers take a little more effort, but definitely doable. Can't miss it! |
