That is 98 Intrigues car I believe. He is rocking SSR wheels. Looking at the pic I would say 19x9.5+23 front And 19x11+11 rear. This isn't a super aggressive setup

He is rocking SSR wheels. Looking at the pic I would say 19x9.5+23 front And 19x11+11 rear. This isn't a super aggressive setup but does look Good. For tires run 255-35-19 front and 305-30-19 rear. The lower the number on the offset (+XX) the more it sticks outwards from the hub. Also a wider wheel with the same offset as a thinner wheel will yield a more aggressive stance as well. Hope that helps. If you want aggressive I would go 19x9.5+15 and 19x11+5  Good luck
