hub centric ring for volk gt-s?

i didnt get the hub centric ring for the volk gt-s, it didnt come with it and i think i need to buy them? so that being said, does anyone knows where i can get them at and also which size i should be getting?

66.1mm inner 73.1mm outer. They're all over ebay- I suggest you buy a set of metal ones.
