Im not a tire/wheel guy, meaning I dont know crap.

would this work for my 370z:

REAR 19x9.5 275/35r-19
Front 19x8.5 245/40r-19

ANY input would be helpful......

Right now my Z is pretty much stock

Your z got a sport package? Because if you want bigger you must change you wheels

I just adding the back part of the wheels so you can see the fittings.

Offset & width are the two most important factors, without those nothing can be determined

If it's anything higher than +22 I wouldn't bother

For my 350Z I am running the 19x8.5 (+5) & 19x9.5 (+10) but I run 20mm spacers all around. The wheels I have are long since discontinued otherwise I would have bought something else.

For your 370Z you can accomodate a much wider wheel alot easier so generally speaking you want a 19x9.5 (+22) & 19x10.5 (+12) which is the most common setup (depending on the wheel design)
