hi guys i'm looking into getting the toyo r888 for 1/4 mile track to get better traction:driving:. my problem is that i know know what size to get in order to fit the 370z sport rays that come with the sport package:icon14:.. can someone please help me out.. thanks in advanced..

Are you asking about a tire for drag racing? If so the R888 is for road racing not drag racing. It will make a terrible drag racing tire as the sidewall is too stiff and the rubber won't heat up quick enough.
I don't think anyone makes a 19" drag radial tire. You might want to buy some rear 18" since there are lots of drag radials in 18" |
I'm mainly looking to use it for street and maybe a few passes at the track.
|
Bump. Can someone please help me size out those tires for my rims.

I believe the stock RE05 specs are 275/35/19 so get something as close to that as you can.
|
What's the range I can use with out going out of spec?

Mickey Thompson street drag radials has a size in 19" that will fit the stock sport rim

^^Sweet deal. Thanks bro^^
I'm also looking for everyday tires that are very stick and grip hard. Any thought? |
Looking for tires that are as a good or better then the toyo R888

Michelin Pilot Cups/Pirelli Corsa, Nitto NT01, but don't expect more than 6000 miles on it
