Check with Mike on here. He's a sponsor. www.thepowdercoater.com. I'm having problems with a recent powder pat on my S-tune rims and Mike tells me that they didn't cure them long enough. That's probably why your friends are chipping. The place I used does a lot of steel wheels, which hold heat a lot better than aluminum. My place "cooked" the wheels about half as long as Mike does.
