18's...the guy needed some winter tires....lol
|
^ lol yea that was the problem then, no 18s on the g37 or 370
|
I've fitted a set of 18's on a G37 coupe with the BBK. From what I remember there's barely a finger gap between the outer edge of the caliper and the inner barrel of the wheel. I can imagine a rock getting stuck in there wreaking havoc on the wheel. 18's would work but there's always that chance of that one ******* rock ruining your day.

Z-Car Blog Post Topic 370z With R35 GT-R Wheels at Z Car Garage |
^^ exactly buddy !!!
|
that looks great actually... except idk the specs on GT-R's wheels. i am guessing with 19x10 you can go as bad as et+10. the way to test is using spacers or like ^^ does with GT-R's wheels.
i found out my car's offset by fitting a M5 wheel on it |
So what officially are the offsets? I cant see the OP's attachment yet.
For the 18's and 19's. |
wow u can put a ET0 on the rears with 10" wide wheels :D
|
Look's like the 370z will take alot more wheel+offset then the 350z.
We try 20x9.5et22+20x11 et17 and there was still alot more room. Next set coming from Japan are going to be 20x9.5et11+20x12et11. :ughdance: |
VIP About how much room did you have left over at the 9.5 +22 F and 11 +17 R offset?
thanks, Mike |
updated first post with nismo offsets.
|
So is this the offsets that i should get for my car?

This chart shows the stock widths/offsets. If you're going to get aftermarket wheels without going up in diameter/going wider/lower offset, you might as well not get new wheels. |
