How can I tell if my tires cant be rotated?

Running stock size 18" Falken Ziex 912. Going for a balance tomorrow and want to know if I can also rotate the fronts and rears left to right (staggered so obviously not front to back I do know that much).

How can I look at the tire and tell if I can move my tires to opposite sides or if they can just be balanced and not rotated

if asymetrical tires will say OUTSIDE on the other sidewall.

i dont remember the 912's other than it's a pos tire i had a while ago on a Honda Fit, but i believe those are directional.
