I have the factory Sport Package wheels/tires. I've pretty much settled on RE-11's, but I'm having trouble deciding on the size. From browsing around, it seems 265F and 285R is the popular option. However, I see some folks sticking with the 245F and others going 285 all around.
This is my daily driver.. I do plenty of spirited driving so I would assume bigger is better, TWSS, but comfort is a little important as well (not sure if these are the factors people consider when deciding on width or if it's just a price thing). What is the best way to go? |

I have seen the same as you stated, (265, 85) but also, 265-95 setups as well. There are a couple really detailed threads with some of the most favorable sizes.
Definitely for your setup, similar to mine, (daily driving/ spirited driving) I was going to go with 265, 295s I believe. ![]()

I decided to go with 245-40-19 as I did not want to mess with the speedo and lower the front end. I am dropped on Swifts and pretty much scrape everywhere as it is!

beemaa- i can't comment on that cause ive not tried it myself. if you need tight turnability i think a square setup is a good quick way to achieve that. i only drive street so im keeping mine either 245/285 or 245/275 depending on the sizes available for the tire i want to get.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'm going to go with 245/285.. I actually hadn't noticed these were stock sizes for Nismo. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me!
