Installing b2designs front spacers
So went today to install my 20mm spacers up front when i notice aside the bolts to hold the wheel in place there is also another smaller bolt that sticks out in between the bolts for the wheels. Guessing its used to hold the disc brake in place? Is that supposed to be removed?
Any help is appreciated. My Z is not USDM but bought locally in Panama or PDM :). Tks |
Remove it, its for not accidentally installing the rear wheels on the front.

Thanks for the quick reply. How do i go about it? Cut it off?

I believe it is a 13mm socket and un screw it.

You are welcome.

15min later.... uh.... doesn't fit correctly?

It actually did! I couldnt be happier with my new spacers. No vibration at all during acceleration or braking. I was very worried that I would get that but works perfectly.
Also installed some Eibach prokits and the car looks fantastic. |

I got the same set up. Make sure to tighten the lugs to the wheels. I forgot to tighten one whole wheel and luckily figured it out before something really bad happening.
|
also a good idea to use some loctite (blue) on the smaller lugs holding the spacers to the hub and letting dry over night.
|
I am returning my spacers to KamiSpeed, decided against putting em on.
Hopefully freakin whiteline bars will come in soon... |
