The spare tire for the 19" wheels is an 18" wheel (forged even!). Overall wheel height is essentially the same for the base 18" and the sport 19". The 19" wheels use a lower profile tire to maintain the same overall height.

Oh that's weird, I had no idea. So I should be fine upgrading to 19" without worrying about the spare in my trunk. Thanks.
