This is one of the worst stories I've seen on the forums. I know I would be sooo frustrated and feeling powerless. Try to keep this in perspective: it's just a set of wheels, it's not about your health or a loved one. I hope you feel the support and sympathy we have here on The370Z forum for you.

Best of luck.

UPDATE FROM THE OWNER

I wasnt sure if anything would happen until Monday but I got a call from the owner of Rennen International this afternoon. Seems like a really good guy and had no idea any of this was going on. He is very much an old school type of kat, not connected to the forums or even checks social media, but he had gotten a call from a client and called me personally. We talked for a little while and completely heard me out. The owner was very humble, apologetic and embarrassed at the level it had reached. I completely understood his stand point about the finisher's delays but made it clear that someone must be held accountable. He guaranteed that my wheels will be in immaculate condition, shipping Monday & I have his personal contact info to confirm with him that they did & to verify their condition once received. I will be working with him directly and hopefully have a resolution by the middle of next week.

Thanks for all the support guys... Ill make sure to keep everyone updated!!

Great to hear,I also went thru a similar wheel situation waiting 10 months for wheels and I was told 2 months then had to send the front one's back to get the offset changed and that took another month.

anyway very cool post pics when you get them on your car.

See, this is how you get things done. Everyone telling him to "get a lawyer" and all that crap that cost's even MORE money and time has it wrong. If you get screwed like this, you run a smear campaign on as many forums and social networking sites as you can, and you can guarantee that it will get someone's attention.

Good job man, and I hope everything works out.

a lot of random US wheel companies popping up everywhere in the last couple years. Proabably all coming from the same place just like all the random coilover brands you see now.

Default 6/27 Update

Meant to do this yesterday but got kinda busy.

My wheels left out on the palate Monday afternoon and will make it here Friday!!

I wanted to make sure the tracking number was good on Tuesday before I said anything. I spoke to the shipping company and the palate will make it into the hub tomorrow. Im temped to leave work and drive down there to get them rather than wait for delivery Friday. Gotta wait and see how my morning looks.

I will post pics up once cut open the palate!

Pretty sure this is my favorite thread of the year. I'm glad to that us"little" people can still stand up for ourselves.

Goodbye rennen. I really hope the owner sees all the mess made by just one individual working for rennen. His @$$ shud be thrown out of the company, though at this stage I doubt that will really help with the rennen image now
