This is disconcerting.. it seems a lot of US based wheel manufactures seem to be having these problems. What is even more amazing is that these companies expect each of us to throw down our hard earned money ($4k plus) on a product and service that is anything less than stellar is absurd. Companies need to realize that we don't need them they need us. I bought my high end wheels used, but these threads make me second guess going with the same caliber of wheels whenever I decide to get new wheels again. We put up with long ordering processes on these "custom built" wheels and huge prices you would think the companies could at least provide service matching the caliber of these wheels

These guys could all take a lesson from someone like Fast Intentions. Tony comes on this forum, markets a great product, stands behind it, and delivers when he says. What happens? He sells a half million dollars plus of exhausts, or more.
Simple concept, simple but effective business model.
