They will clear most BBK. You just have to order the correct offset and disk type to compliment your BBK of choice

I'm looking to get SP1 in 20s for my Nismo. What offsets are ideal without having to go negative camber and on swift springs? Thanks

Here you go:
20x9.5 +22 (2.68 inch lip) or +18 (3.66 inch lip)
20x10.5 +12 (3.15 inch lip) or +10 (3.66 inch lip)

Correct, the disk type will determine brake clearance. The MS3 actually has more brake clearance than all of the other professor series wheels.
