whats so special about the oem lugs that we cant use aftermarket lugs on our oem wheels? i drive a G and i was told we shouldnt do so as well.

OEM lug nuts on the 370Z are like a washer and bolt versus the 60 degree taper from aftermarket "tuner" lugnuts.

If you use one of these versus the washer style, you will not have full contact with the rim from the lug nuts thereby causing rim wobbling at speed. This causes a see saw effect on the lugs and in time shears them in half.

Until you change out to aftermarket rims, just use the OEM versions.
