Wheel Spacers on 19" Rays/Stock Height
Hey guys,
I see posts about 20mm front/25mm rear spacers being perfect for 19" rays and lowered being perfect. Is this not also the case for stock height 370s? Would you normally go more or less offset if its stock vs lowered? |

20mm front/rear is good. Also if you plan on doing the install yourself with bolt on type spacers. (clears front wheel studs)

So while we're on the subject. if the nismo's have less offset 40 vs 47 front and 23 vs 30 rear that would make them set out further than stock sport rays already (by 7mm front and rear) and then being .5 in wider rim front and rear that would add another .25 (6.35mm). So looking at 13.35 difference if I wanted the same as Nismo? If this is right then I guess I would have to decide between 10 and 15.
Also those that have done them with the non bolt on style is there enough room to remove factory studs without pulling the hub? And then enough room to install a longer 10mm-15 stud? Last edited by Jhill; 07-06-2016 at 05:02 PM. |

Lowering causes more -negative camber(wheel lean in) For a close to flush 9/10" wheel, offsets will be +25/+12 (4"F & 5"R Front-Spacing) So for your factory +47/+30's,,,25mm-F & 20mm-R will make you +22/+10,,,,very close....But everything depend's on what your camber is/swing could easily be 10-15mm

Just make a plumb, with nylon string,a small weight & some painters masking tape...park on level surface (no wind) with front wheels straight & measure your own gaps...you can choose to flush the sidewall of tires, wheel lips or tread on tires.
