Nismo wheel question

Since the stock nismo wheels are 19x9.5 & 19x10.5 and weight 20.4 & 20.8 pounds, so why do people still wanna swap them, for look but performance??????

People change them out because they want to try to be different or they have money burning a hole in their pocket. I personally think its a waste. Ive actually seen people downgrade. The only good excuse to change them out is for track purposes. Guys go with 18s and track slicks. The fact is the stock Nismo wheels are great.

Other than tire sizing reasons (wider tires, more common sizes), it's gonna be cosmetic. There aren't many wheels out there that would be lighter at that size.
